CHAI- Community Health Assistance Initiative Project

This project was started in 2020 with an aim to support women from lower socio-economic status. The CHAI project is for economic empowerment of women through small business entrepreneurship. Under this project eligible women are trained with skills such as book keeping, meal planning, setting and monitoring budgets, scheduling and basic management skills. They are then encouraged and supported to start their own small business ventures.

The Jehovah Jireh hospital canteen and the Mission Day Care Center are such enterprises. We hope to be able to support women in the future who are motivated and enthusiastic to learn skills to support themselves and their families through these businesses.
